Employee Opinion Surveys

Your greatest asset is your employees.  Their opinions dictate morale; their morale controls productivity; and productivity ultimately determines organizational success - or failure. They have inside knowledge of your organization's greatest strengths and weaknesses, and yet their knowledge is seldom surveyed, and their morale often ignored.

Let the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce & Industry tap into their power by conducting an Employee Opinion survey at your organization.

We'll begin by administering a 72-question confidential, standard questionnaire to all employees.  We will collect and tabulate the data, then present you with a written report that compares your responses with normative data from across the country.  You won't be left guessing if your responses warrant immediate action or are less pressing.  We'll provide you with the statistics that will make clear areas of concern and help you to effectively design a plan of action.
