Eligibility Requirements

1. Business must be in operation for less than 8 years.
2. Proprietary innovative product or service
3. Business must be in a designated target industry for the KIZ program:
• Business Services, Information Technology and Business Support
• Life Sciences bio-medical, medical equipment & integrated medical diagnostic equipment
• Advanced Materials and Diversified Manufacturing food processing, plastics, packaging and delivery
• High Technology next generation electronics, wind, solar, waste coal fired power, and biofuel manufacturing
4. Business must be located within a Keystone Innovation Zone designated region - see Geography Zones
